10,000 saplings planted at Anna University on Kalam’s birthday

Siruthuli and Radio City had planted 10,000 trees in Anna University to mark Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s birth anniversary today.
“The role played by the Anna University team, especially Dean Dr M Saravana Kumar and other staff, in nurturing the saplings deserves our whole hearted appreciation,”Vanitha Mohan, Managing Trustee of Siruthuli said.
Anna University Registrar S Ganesan, who participated in the event, said that the initiative would be to extended to all the colleges coming under the university.
