Actress attack case: Charge sheet against Dileep may be delayed

The charge sheet against actor Dileep, who was granted bail in the actress attack case on Tuesday, would not be filed this week. The actor was arrested three months ago for plotting the crime.
“We want to collect all evidence in the case, which will take time. It will take a some time to file a charge sheet,” Director General of Police Lokanath Bahera said.
“Dileep was granted bail not due to the failure of the prosecution. He was granted bail by the court and we should accept it. The investigation is still continuing,” he added.
