Adi dravidar hostel warden placed under suspension

Coimbatore : The district Collector, P Rajamani today placed the warden of Adi Dravidar Students Hostel under suspension for poor maintenance of the hostel and its premises.
Rajamani carried out inspection of the Dr Ambedkar Adi Dravidar College Students hostel for boys on Balasundaram Road, where 174 boys are staying.
After inspecting the kitchen, hostel rooms, toilets and the premises, the collector not satisfied with the cleanliness, placed the warden R Jagannathan under suspension for not maintaining the hostel properly.
Besides warden, there are three cooks, one assistant and a sanitation worker in the hostel, official sources said.
Rajamani directed the workers to take steps to keep the hostel clean in another two days.
