All shops closed in the city

All the shops and commercial establishments in the district were closed, owing to the total lock down, announced by the Government.
Roads wore a deserted look as vehiles were off the roads and citizens preferred to remain indoors. However, a few medical shops were open in the morning hours for two hours.
