An Indian outing for Australian entrepreneurs

The Coimbatore chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization hosted a three-day programme, called MyEO Transcend, for entrepreneurs visiting from Australia.

The organisation, which has more than 11,000 members in 51 countries, has a combined revenue of $530 billion from its businessmen members. EO Coimbatore, which was started in 2011, has 50 members from various sectors like textiles, manufacturing food and health care.

The event, from October 13 to 15, provided a unique experience to its Australian members, who arrived in the city to experience Indian culture, its business environment and networking opportunities. There were 150 participants from Coimbatore and across India at the event.

The programme included a heritage food walk through Oppanakara Street here.
