Ayurveda doctor honoured in Coimbatore

Coimbatore : Lions International District 324 B5 honoured Dr PR Krishnakumar, chairman of Arya Vaidya Pharmacy for his contribution to alternative medicine system.
Krishnakumar was honoured by being presented with a shield and citation at a function organised as part of World Doctors Day in the city last night.
Similarly Dr Giridhara Gopalakrishnan, diabitologist at KG Hospital, was also honoured during the occasion.
Another 24 doctors in different disciplines were presented with mementos, handed over by the District chairman Dr Chinnaswamy, a statement said.
