Basket Ball: PSG trophy from August 9

Reigning champions Indian Army and runners ONGC, will clash again at the 52nd All India Basket Ball Tournament for Men for PSG Trophy, which begins here from August 9.
Besides Indian Army, Delhi and ONGC Dehradun, other teams including Tamil Nadu State team, Income Tax, Arise Steel and Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, (All Chennai), Vijaya Bank, Bengaluru and KSEB Kerala, will vie for the honours, PSG Institutions Managing Trustee, L. Gopalakrishnan told reporters here today.
Almost all the players representing National team, including Satnam Singh will be part of the tournament, playing for their respective teams.
The matches will be played on league basis and winners will be awarded Rs.one lakh and runners Rs.50,000, T Palanisamy, secretary, PSG Sports Club, the organisers, said.
