BJP accuses Stalin of misleading Muslim community for political advantage

Coimbatore, Feb 28 :Tamil Nadu BJP General Secretary, Vanathi Srinivasan Friday accused DMK president, M K Stalin of spreading false information among the Muslim community about CAA for his political advantage.
DMK and its alliance parties were indulged in giving information, which was not in the CAA, thus misleading the Muslim community and attempting to divide the nation on religious grounds, Vanathi alleged at a press conference, before going to submit a memorandum to the Collector.
About 1,000 BJP workers, led by Vanathi including a number of women, came in procession from South Taluk office to Collectorate, covering some 500 metres holding banners to take action against those indulged in working against social harmony.
Vanmathi also said that BJP National general secretary, P Muralidhar Rao had some 15 days ago, challenged Stalin to come for a debate on CAA.
The memorandum is demanding to take action against those working against the unity of the nation and attempting to indulge in violence in the name of religion.
