With the energy typical of entrepreneurs, business referral organisation Business Network International (BNI) Champions Chapter, Coimbatore, celebrated its 150th chapter meeting today at the Hotel Grand Regent.

The Champions Chapter has gained Rs 100 crore business in 150 weeks. The chapter, which was started with 23 members in Coimbatore in December 2013, now has 55 members in it.

RamPrasad S, from V Connect Distributors presided over the meeting. V Ashyanth from Sumangali Jewellers received the Maximum Business Giver award , Senthilnathan K of Vardhana Builders received the Maximum Visitors award, while K Mohan Raja , Grasp Shopping, received the Maximum Referrals award for the Champions Chapter.

BNI has nine chapters in Coimbatore and members, who comprise of entrepreneurs and working professionals, meet on different days of the week. The Champions chapter meet on Thursday. At these meetings, business referrals are passed on and the overall performance of the BNI chapter is reviewed.
