Christmas celebrations begin in city hotel

Employees and guests of Le Meridian Hotel in Avinashi Road today took part in the traditional lighting ceremony of the Christmas tree.
The 36-ft tree, placed at the hotel lobby along with other decorative items, is made in such a way that it looks like it is fully covered with snow. Festival hampers and goodies are on sale at Longitude 11, the hotel lounge.
