Godrej Nature’s Basket (GNB), India’s foremost retail destination for fine foods from around the world, has announced the launch of its online retail operations. More than 10,000 products will be now available online in about 125 cities all over India, including Coimbatore.

According to the company release, the grand launch makes GNB the only one in India to have a nationwide footprint. GNB is among the first to move from brick and mortar retailers to e-commerce platforms. Experts believe that about 10 percent of the USD500 billion will move online.

With stores and online operations in five cities in India, GNB’s products will now be available in 125 cities all over the country, including all the major Tier I and II cities. More than 10,000 products will now be available at nearly 3000 PIN codes. The company plans to cover 1 million kilometres each month.
