Held for attempt to break ATM

Police have arrested a person who tried to break open an ATM in Thudiyalur today.
According to police, a few customers who came to withdraw money from the ATM in Aganur area found a man lying unconscious inside the ATM kiosk. They immediately alerted the police, who rushed to the spot and brought him to consciousness.
During interrogation, the man, identified as Rangasamy, confessed that he tried breaking the machine and loot the cash. The door closed automatically and he was caught inside. Rangasamy was under the influence of alcohol.
Police have taken him into custody.
