Indian Foundry Congress meet from January 29

The 64th Indian Foundry Congress (IFC), conducted by the Institute of Indian Foundrymen, will be held in Coimbatore from January 29, 2016 onwards. The theme this year is, “Nurturing Manufacturing.”
The meet will focus on manufacturing and capitalizing on the opportunities provided by the Make in India drive of the government.
There will also be the 12th International Foundry Exhibition held concurrently. The exhibition will showcase modern foundry technology, equipment, and supplies and services. Special emphasis will also be given on better interaction between the Indian and overseas companies.
Special interactive sessions will be held on advanced cast alloys and applications, computer-aided casting technologies, foundry automation, and best practices.
