International infertility conference held

A two-day international Conference on Infertility and Endoscopy was held in Coimbatore, with a hands-on intrauterine insemination (IUI) workshop with protocols of ovulation induction.
Titled Insight – 16, the conference held on October 1 and 2, was organised by Rao Hospitals, under the aegis of Covai Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society (COGS) and the Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Chapter of Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction (TAPISAR).
Doctors and experts in the field, from within and outside the country, participated in the conference and shared their knowledge with the audience.
According to a release, various aspects of ovulation induction protocols were discussed at length by experts on Sunday and a scientific session on ‘advances in assisted reproductive medicine’ was held as a part of the conference.
