Heavy rains in and around Chennai, caused by Cyclone Michaung, led to flooding in various parts of the city. Responding to the calamity, Isha’s Medical Team has been providing necessary medical assistance to the people in the flood-affected areas.

For this purpose, medical vehicles, doctors, nurses, and numerous volunteers arrived in Chennai on behalf of ‘Isha Outreach’ from Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore.

They are operating as three medical teams, offering essential medical aid to people affected by the flood in the northern and southern regions of the city.

In addition to this, three mobile medical vehicles are actively engaged in this mission. They also prepare and offer _Nilavembu Kudineer_ to the people.

The Isha Yoga Center has notably extended essential medical aid and other relief assistance to people affected by previous natural calamities, including the 2004 Tsunami, the 2015 South India Floods, Cyclone Gaja, and the 2020 Kerala Floods.
