Karthigai Deepam festival: Southern Rly to run CBE-Tirunelveli spl train

The Southern Railway will operate a special train between Coimbatore and Tirunelveli on November 30 to clear extra rush of passengers during the Karthigai Deepam festival.
The one way special fare special train will leave Coimbatore at 7.30 p.m on November 30 and reach Tirunelveli at 4.30 a.m. the next day The train stop at 12 stations including Podanur, Pollachi, Palani, Madurai and Virudhunagar, said a press release from the Southern Railway.
The 20 coach train will have 1 First AC,1 Second AC,3 Third AC,10 2-Tier Sleeper, 3 general second class and 2 luggage-cum-vans. Booking have opened for the train, the release added..
