Key suspect in Kodanadu case moved to Government Hospital

Sayan, a key suspect in the murder of the security guard in Kodanadu Bungalow owned by late Chief Minister, Jayalalithaa, was today shifted to the Government Hospital here.

Sayan was admitted to a private hospital here, after he met with an accident near Thrissur in Kerala on April 29, in which his wife and daughter were killed on the spot.

As his condition remained stable, Sayan was shifted to the Government hospital, amid tight security, police said.

Meanwhile, a police team from Kerala arrived and interrogated Sayan with regard to the accident, in the hospital.

Murali Rambha, SP Nilgiris District, where Kodanadu is situated, has on earlier an occasion told the Kerala police team to confine their inquiry into the accident and not involve in the murder and break-in at the bungalow that occurred on April 24 police said.
