Kidnapped child rescued in two hours

Alert police rescued a six-year-old boy, who was kidnapped, within two hours of the incident today. The incident occurred in Tirupur.
Narasimhan, a Class I student in a private school in Tirupur, was led away from his classroom on a two-wheeler, by a person, who is said to be a former employee of his doctor-father.
Police swung into action immediately and alerted all the police stations and checkposts in the district and other strategic points. After search, the boy and the abductor were traced to Dharapuram,some 50 Kilometres from Tirupur, within two hours of the abduction.
Police are now interrogating the kidnapper to find out why he had abducted the child.
