KKV Agro Powers announces 20 per cent dividend for the 2016-17

KKV Agro Powers, a renewable energy generation and Trading Company, has announced a dividend of 20 per cent, as it posted Rs.143.89 lakh net profit after tax payment during 2016-17 fiscal.
Listed in NSE–Emerge platform, the company has recorded Rs.618.57 lakh turn over for 2016-17 financial year, registering higher revenue of 79.65 per cent as compared to the last financial year, a company release said today.
In view of this, the company has declared a dividend of 20 per cent for the financial year 201-17, it said.
KKV has a total capacity of 8.6 MW of wind and solar energy generators, it said.
Stating that the company has started the new business in the area of Jewellery and agriculture business, which will give additional revenue in the financial year of 2017-18, the release said that the promoters of the company were also successful in the business of Textile and Jewellery retail in Tamil Nadu – The Chennai Silks and Sree Kumaran Thangamaligai.
