KMCH, Fatima Church organize joint medical camp

As part of its social service activity, Coimbatore-based hospital Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital (KMCH) joined hands with Our Lady of Fatima Church and organized a multidisciplinary medical screening camp today at Our Lady of Fatima Church from 9 am to 2 pm today. Six doctors from this hospital participated in the camp.

Those who attended the medical camp were screened free of cost. Also at the camp, medical representatives conducted a free Body Mass Index (BMI) test, blood sugar test, Pap smear test, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C screening test. Free consultation was offered to participants in cardio, liver care, oncology, general medicine, and gynaecology.

Specialists like surgical oncologist Dr. Firoz Rajan, and hepatologist Dr. Arulraj Ramakrishnan participated in this camp.
