Kodanadu estate murder accused back in hospital

A main accused in the murder of the security guard at Kodanadu Bungalow of former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in Nilgiris and lodged in the Central jail here, was admitted to the Government Hospital early today.
Discharged from the hospital after undergoing treatment for over one month, he was arrested yesterday and produced before Kothagiri Magistrate Sridhar, who remanded him in judicial custody till June 20.
He was brought to the Central Jail here last night and later complained of back pain and was shifted to the hospital.
He suffered kidney and intestine problems, following the accident on April 28 near Thrissur, in which his wife and daughter were killed.
Sayan is expected to be in the hospital for a few days, police said.
