Make use of technology while dealing with anti-national forces, Kerala DGP tells police chiefs

Director-General of Kerala Police Loknath Behera on Wednesday called upon the police personnel to make optimum use of technology while dealing with anti-national forces.

He was addressing a meeting of police chiefs of all southern States and other regions. The top cops resolved to coordinate with each other to fight terrorism, fundamentalism and other anti-national activities. They also decided to seek the Union Home Ministry’s help in improving the strength of police force and their efficiency.

DGPs of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Karnataka, Puducherry, Lakshadweep, and representatives of Human Rights Commissions attended the meeting.The ADGPs exchanged relevant intelligence materials.

A feast was organised to mark Onam celebration which was attended by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
