Making better use of millets

A two-day training programme on “Value added products from Millets” would be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on December 27 and 28.
According to a press release from the university, participants would be taught how millets could be incorporated in traditional food, preparing pasta, bakery products and instant food mixes.
