Management graduates urged to have an optimistic mindset

Management graduates should look at their future positively and always have an optimistic mindset. They should have a strong heart to become good leaders in their managerial careers, graduating candidates at the Commencement Programme of the PSG Institute of Management, were told at Coimbatore, on Saturday.

Distributing graduation certificates to candidates, Gary S. Inch, Dean of the College of Business and Innovation at the University of Toledo, said that students should remain updated about happenings of society. This was needed to be able to compete with newcomers.

“You should be able to have a control over yourself so that you would be able to control your employees once you don the role of a manager in a company,” he said.

While 169 students from the Anna University received degree certificates, 43 from the University of Toledo programme received certificates. As many as 47 candidates received Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and 15 received Executive MBA.
