‘More awareness among apartment buyers’

There is a growing awareness among buyers of apartments and buildings about its design and interiors, Sussaane Khan, the celebrity international interior designer, said today.
“Buyers are giving more importance for design and architecture, even as the developers are also becoming more focused on designer projects,” Sussaane told reporters here.
She was here to hand over her first designer project ‘White House’ comprising 48 apartments conceptualised and created by her.
“Both the builders and buyers are equally giving importance to design and quality like landscape,” Sussaane, the former wife of Bollywood actor, Hrithik Roshan, said.
Nagu Chidambaram, the developer of the project said that 80 per cent of apartments were sold and only very limited were available now, with the price range of Rs.9,500 per square feet.
