NEET: TN Govt prepares CD guide to help students

The Tamil Nadu Government has prepared a CD guide to help students crack NEET.
Disclosing this, State Education Minister K.A. Sengottaiyan said the guide would have 55,000 questions and answers with diagrams to educate the medical aspirants.
“The Government is prepared to provide coaching for students even if common entrance exams are introduced for other streams,” he said and added that 450 centres have been identified to provide coaching for students preparing for common entrance tests.
“Trained staff and retired professors will provide the coaching every Saturday. Model question papers will also be provided to all students,” the Minister added.
Students studying in primary, secondary and higher secondary would be given different patterns of uniform.
“Two sets of uniform will be provided to the students before each academic year and money for purchasing two more sets will be given in hand. All these measures will be introduced in the next three months,” Sengottaiyan added.
