Nine from Coimbatore in National Paralympics

Nine athletes from Coimbatore will participate in the National Paralympics Athletics Championship, scheduled to be held at Chandigarh from March 26.
The athletes, part of Tamil Nadu Para sports team, were selected during trials held at Chennai on March 6 by the Paralympic Association of Tamil Nadu.
A. Kanniayappan, H. Hema, Lingusamy, D. Mohankumar, O. Ramesh, M. Mukundan S. Raju, S. Balamurugan and P. Bharathiraj, will participate in the 4-day championship, according to V. Albert Premkumar, President, Coimbatore District Paralympic Association said.
