Overwhelming response to IAF’s student interaction drive

The students’ interaction drive conducted by the Indian Air Force (IAF) today at Periyar Maniammai University here to motivate the students to choose IAF as a career evoked an overwhelming response.
The Induction Publicity Exhibition Vehicle (IPEV) of the Indian Air Force which is on a five-day students’ interaction drive visited the university today. A large number of students participated in the event.
Wing Commander Kapil Rao, in his lecture, briefed the students on the criteria and selection procedures in the IAF.
The students were then taken inside the Induction Publicity Exhibition Vehicle which has pictorial displays of various IAF inventories, Air Traffic Control Zone, Experience/Information Zone, Flight Simulator Zone, display of flying accessories and other gadgets.
The exposure to the Induction Publicity Exhibition Vehicle left the students spellbound. They were thrilled with the unique experience to gain first hand information about IAF.
