The Builders’ Association of India, Coimbatore, is celebrating its 75th year Platinum Jubilee this month. MDMK General Secretary Vaiko will be the chief guest.

The platinum jubilee celebrations will be held on September 29 at SNR Arts and Science College. The head of the Coimbatore chapter of the Association SK Chandrasekar said that four teams would be formed to conduct various events across the district, as part of the celebrations.

The Mumbai office would conduct medical checkup camps, sports and games and talent hunt for school students.

He also said that the Prime Minister Modi would be participating in a function conducted by the Association to be held in Hyderabad in January. While talking about the construction sector, he said that it had been dull when compared to last year.
