Plethora of services available at the Post Offices in city

In order to make life easier for the public, the post offices in Coimbatore division are now offering a plethora of services.
Services like Speed Post, ePost, Advance booking of Mahamagam Prasadam, the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examination fee payment, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) Bill payment, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) landline bill payment, and CellOne bill payments are now available at all Head Post Offices and Sub Post Offices.
A release from the Head Post Office stated that sale of pentamobile and solar lanterns, railway ticket booking, post shoppe and parcel packaging centre are available at selected post offices in the district.
Sale of philately stamps, philatelic deposit accounts and My Stamps are now on at the Coimbatore Philatelic Bureau, Coimbatore Head Post Office (HPO).
