Kottayam: Police have registered a case against Hindu Aikya Vedhi leaders K P Sasikala teacher and R V Babu for allegedly making hate speeches at Paravur near Ernakulam recently. The case was registered on the basis of a complaint lodged by legislator Congress legislator VD Satheeshan and a DYFI leader.

Kozhikode police had in 2006 registered a case against Sasikala for making high voltage speech at Muthalakulam in Kozhikode in the aftermath of Marad communal clash.

At the Paravur meet, she had allegedly warned liberal writers to mend their ways and said that those wanting to speak in the Gauri Lankesh murder case needed to be careful.
