Police file report on MLA Ganesh at Court for influencing probe on Dileep

Kochi: Police have filed a report in the court against actor turned politician MLA, K B Ganesh Kumar for making an attempt to scuttle the probe against actor Dileep ,accused in actor abduction case.
Ganesh’s remarks of exhorting film fraternity to support Dileep will affect the probe, the investigation team informed the court.
It was Ganesh’s remarks that forced Police to impose restrictions on the people visiting Dileep in the jail. The matter assumes gravity as most of the witnesses are from film field.
Meanwhile, a former General Secretary of Kerala Students Union (KSU), Shahjahan has sought probe into the role of actor turned legislator Mukesh in the abduction case.
