COIMBATORE: Black flags were hoisted atop about 50 houses in Madukkarai on the outskirts, seeking immediate formation of Cauvery Management Board.

Quoting the residents in the area, police said that as a first step, black flags were hoisted atop the house in Ayyappan Temple Street, to express solidarity to those agitating to get the rights of Tamil Nadu.
