Rs.37.85 crore worth encroached reserve sites retrieved on a single day

The City Corporation officials today retrieved 4.06 acres of encroached reserve sites, valued at Rs.37.85 crore, meant for parks and other basic facilities.
The corporation has begun the retrieval drive in November 2016 and since then retrieved land worth over rs.300 crore till March end, an official release said today.
In its continued drive, official today retrieved reserve sites–two meant for children park and community hall from four of the five zones, it said.
