Save-a-drop cyclothon on January 31

Swarga Foundation, in association with Coimbatore Municipal Corporation and SNS Institutions, is organizing the Save a Drop cyclothon on Sunday, January 31at 6 AM, as part of the eighth edition of Kovai Vizha celebrations. The Nehru Stadium is the start and finish point for the cyclothon.

The organizers of the event have planed several activities in order to spread awareness about water conservation. Corporation Commissioner Dr. Vijay Karthikeyan is also expected to participate in this event.

Participants are requested to report at the start point by 5.45 AM. The ride will be flagged off at 6 AM, and is expected to conclude by 7.30 PM. Participants are also requested to wear track pants or shorts of black colour. Wearing a helmet is mandatory.

Throughout the route, refreshments will be served at various points. Breakfast will be provided to all participants at the finishing point.
