Southern Railways announces special trains from Chennai

Southern Railways has announced special trains from Chennai to different others cities to clear the rush of stranded passengers following the floods.
A special train has been announced from Chennai to Coimbatore. The train will leave Chennai Central at 10.10 pm. A Coimbatore-Chennai train will leave at 10.40 pm. Chennai-Erode special train will leave Chennai Central at 10.40 pm today. The pairing train from Erode to Chennai will start at 7.00 am tomorrow.
The train to Howrah will leave Chennai Central at 11.45 pm. Train to Mysuru will leave Chennai at 6 am. Southern Railways has also announced trains to destinations like Vijayawada (7.50 am), Bengaluru (07.50 am), Delhi (7.15 am) and Mettupalayam (09.15 am).
