T.E.A donates garments for flood relief

The Tirupur Exporters Association (TEA) has sent a consignment containing garments worth Rs.6 lakhs as part of the relief measure for the people affected by the heavy torrential rains in Cuddalore and Kancheepuram.
TEA president A Shaktivel said in a press release that the association had collected these garments from the members.
The first consignment, containing about 3000 garments was sent to Cuddalore last week. The association had sent another consignment to Kancheepuram yesterday.
