Teacher relieved of chain

A teacher was relieved of her three sovereign chain by two motorcycle borne men on Tuesday.
Dhanuja Devi (40), resident of Dhanalakshmi Nagar, Reddipalayam Road, Melaveli panchayat and working as teacher at the Government Middle School at Ayyasamipatti, was on her way to the school in her two-wheeler, when the unidentified duo snatched her chain and sped away.
Based o Dhanuja Devi’s complaint, the Vallam police have registered a case and are on the lookout for the duo.
