‘Teachers should grow in profession as dreamt by Radhakrishnan’

A teacher becomes successful when his/her students become successful in their lives, said Dr. Benjamin, Principal of Stanes School – CBSE.
Speaking at a function to mark the Teachers Day celebrations at the school, he said every teacher should grow in their profession as dreamt by Dr. S. Radhakrishnan. “The responsibility of shaping up the children into good citizens lies in our hands,” he told the teachers.
Earlier, students presented variety of cultural programmes on the occasion. Many, dressed like Dr. Radhakrishnan, presented their teachers with greeting cards and flowers.
All the classrooms were decorated with colourful pictures, posters and quotes.
