Techno-cultural fest at KCT from Feb. 11

A five-day techno-cultural fest, KCT Yugam, will begin here tomorrow, which would witness a collage of 110-plus events and workshops.

Yugam (Era), organised by Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT), saw the participation of over 8,100 students from all over Southern region last year, its Principal R.S. Kumar
told reporters here today.

To emphasise the importance of application in real time scenarios, 45 workshops are scheduled over the period of five days, which are tailored for hands-on experience to engage contact between can-be and may-be to will-be and should-be, in which Audi and Bosch would participate, Dharani, student organisor, said.

The cultural and literary events will pave way for orators, writers, dancers and singers, while motivational and inspirational talks will be organised in Sakthi-yugam, where a distinguished para-Olympian and military veteran, D.P. Singh will talk about his journey, she said.

There will be world famous Dabbawallas from Mumbai, and King Siddharth, an entrepreneur.
