Teen attempts on life

A teenage girl today attempted on her life by consuming cow dung powder after being scolded by her mother.
According to police, Agnus Mary (17), a plus-two student in Government Girls School, suddenly fell unconscious in the class room around 9.30 a.m. and the teachers rushed her to the Government Hospital.
On examination doctors found that Agnus had consumed cow dung powder. Preliminary investigations revealed that Agnus’ mother scolded her last night. Upset over this she consumed cow dung powder, police added.
