Teenaged lovers from commit suicide by jumping before running train

Coimbatore : A teenaged couple from Kerala committed suicide by jumping before a train in the city early Friday.
According police, 19-year old Amal P Kumar of Kollam and Surya S Nair (18) of Adoor in Kerala, were studying for second year B.Com in a private college in Adoor and fell in love.
As the parents opposed their relationship, the dejected lovers boarded a train from Kollam to Coimbatore last night.
After alighting at Podanur railway station around 7 AM, they walked on the railway track towards city. As they reached Nanjundapuram, the lovers noticed Kollam-Chennai Express coming from opposite direction and jumped in front of it, killing them instantaneously, they said.
Railway police recovered the bodies and sent to postmortem to the Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital, police added.
