TNAU counselling: 333 selected today

A total of 333 students were selected for 13 under graduate courses in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, on the second day of the first phase of counselling today.
The university had called 794 candidates, out of which 337 attended. While three students did not opt for any course, another one preferred the next round counselling, that would conclude on July 10.
Counselling for the 2,340 seats began yesterday, during which 182 were selected and 30 seats filled under the special category.
Around 64 candidates chose college in Tirunelveli, 42 each for Thanjavur and Tiruvannamalai colleges and 34 each for Pudukottai and Tiruchirapalli colleges,
