Two boys meet watery grave

Two teenaged boys drowned in a well attached to a quarry in Palladam.
Gopalakrishnan and Ravikumar, both aged 14, of K. Ayyampalayam near Palladam were reported missing since December 30 and both, police and relatives, were searching for them.
During the search, some villagers noticed the bodies floating in the quarry well this noon. The bodies were retrieved by the police, who rushed to the spot on information.
The parents, who were informed, identified the bodies and further investigations are on.
