VLBJCAS students celebrate Pongal

Students of VLB Janakiammal College of Arts and Science celebrated Pongal today.
The college Chairman, N. Surya Kumar, inaugurated the event which saw various competitions including rangoli and kabbadi.
A.Radhakrishnan, branch head, Lakshmi Vilas Bank. who was the chief guest, appreciated college management and the students for organising such an event that highlighted the importance of Tamil tradition.
Dr. G. Suresh, Head of the Tamil Department, proposed the vote of thanks.
