Water enters classrooms in Iduvai Govt. School

Rain water entered the classrooms in Iduvai Government Higher Secondary School near Tirupur following heavy rains.
Parents who had come to drop their children in the school on Tuesday morning were shocked to see severe water logging the campus.

The school reopened today after a three-day break,Also, water had entered two class rooms. Irked by this, parents staged a protest and urged the management to take quick action to drain out the water.

Officials rushed to the spot and pacified the parents. Sand was filled in the ground with the help of a JCB.

“We first thought there is water logging only in the ground. But only after entering the building we found water in two class rooms. When we asked the school authorities to do the needful, they said it was not their job. It was very shocking,” a parent said.
