Whistles made of porn film roll seized

Coimbatore : Police are investigating the sources of toy whistles made out of old film rolls and colour papers, which contained pornographic pictures.
The whistles, were in circulation from a shop in Sulur on the outskirts and sold at Rs.five were seen in the hands of children.
A boy who opened a whistle as it started mal- functioning noticed pornographic content on the film. He handed it over to his
parents, police said.
To confirm, the parents had bought another whistle from the shop and were shocked to see it also had porn content and immediately lodged a complaint.
Swinging into action , the police went to the shop and seized the stock of whistles. Investigations are on with the shop owner Balamuguran, police added.
