Mother, daughter among four drowned at a quarry in Kunnamkulam, Thrissur

Kottayam: A mother and daughter were among the four drowned in a quarry in Kunnamkulam in Thrissur today.
The deceased were identified as Seetha, 35, daughter Pratheeka, 13, Sana 16 and Hafiz 7. Seetha, her daughter and two neighbours were taking bath in the quarry when the accident occured, police said.
The fire and rescue personnel assisted by the locals fished out the bodies.
