TNAU was receiving applications online for the last four years and in view of this it was decided to carry out counselling online, Ramasamy said. This would be beneficial for students, as they would not have to come personally to participate in the counselling process.

The online application process would begin from May 18 to June 17 and verification of documents for special reservations would be held from June 18 to 20.

The rank list would be published on June 22 and counselling for special reservation would be held on July 7, he said, adding that it would be in two phases – from July 9 to 13 and from July 23 to July 27, with classes beginning on August 1, Ramasamy said.
