Kottayam: In a security breach, a private car crashed into the convoy of Union Minister Prakash Javadekar at Patthanamthitta today.
The minister was returning after campaigning for Chengannur bye election when the incident occurred at
Kulanada.
A small car collided with a police vehicle while trying to overtake the Minister’s convoy. Lenin Murali, 24, who was driving the car has been taken into custody.
Murali was suspected to be suffering from depression.
